** Within the US **   J&R Welding Supply primarily uses UPS Ground and for small items USPS Priority Mail.  The customer can specify which option they prefer by adding a comment in the note section of the order page.  A standard price of $10.00 will appear on the order form to cover most of the shipping cost.  If the price is greater or less it will be reflected in the final invoice e-mailed to you with the total, shipping method used and tracking number if available.  Items not in stock at the store will be shipped from the warehouse by various ground transport.  Some items like Kromer Caps and Smith Equipment may take between 7 and 14 days to reach you.

** Outside of the US **  Our preferred shipping method outside of the US is the United States Postal System using Priority Mail. We have found this to be the less costly method of shipping.  We can track the package from us to the customs office of your country, we will provide you with a means to track the package up to that point.  After that point the tracking and the time it takes for the package to reach you is beyond our control.  Any package lost in the mail system of your country falls outside of our responsibility and the package is non-refundable.  If you wish to use another company add a comment in the note section of the order page.
